Teosyal RHA 1 is a wrinkle filler product based on hyaluronic acid designed to support the skin in every move, while helping to preserve the vitality and softness of the face. This product’s manufacturer, Teoxane, uses advanced technology to blend 2 kinds of hyaluronic acid: cross-linked and non-modified. The cross-linked hyaluronic is included to make this dermal filler longer lasting, as it resists breaking down in the skin longer than natural hyaluronic acid. The non-modified hyaluronic acid is more similar in composition to natural hyaluronic acid, allowing the filler to adapt more easily to facial movement, giving a more natural look to the rejuvenated skin. Also, it contains the anesthetic lidocaine, which numbs the skin upon injection, making treatment more comfortable and less painful.

How do I use or apply this product?

This dermal filler should only be injected by a licensed medical practitioner. Using a 30G 1/2″ needle, inject the solution into the mid-dermis in the area of treatment. The volume of solution injected will vary based on the correction being made, though no more than 3ml should be injected in a single session. If treating an issue beneath the eyes, inject the solution in papules slightly above the periosteum, or use a cannula for retro-tracing. After injection, massage the area of treatment to ensure even distribution.

When should I use this product?

Teosyal RHA 1 should be used to treat superficial wrinkles and fine lines in mobile areas of the face, such as the cheeks, perioral area, forehead, nasolabial folds, and around the eyes. It can also be used on the face, neck, and neckline.

How long does the product last?

A treatment session typically lasts approximately 30 minutes, though this may vary depending on the areas being treated and the severity of the correction. Results should appear immediately, and there is no downtime for recovery. Patients can return to their daily routine, though they should be advised to avoid wearing makeup for 12 hours after treatment and should avoid extreme temperatures for 1 week after injection.
